Jauza is one of our associate specializing in general corporate law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and civil and property law. Her impressive academic achievements include graduating with cum laude honors from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2021 and Master of Law from Univeristy of Indonesia. During her academic journey, Jauza showcased her exceptional legal skills by representing our university in various national legal competitions. Notably, her team secured third place in the Contract Drafting & Negotiation competition and Scientific Paper Writing Competition and received the prestigious award for the best paper. Prior to joining Dharmaraksa, Jauza gained invaluable experience at a prestigious law firm in Jakarta, where she was entrusted with conducting meticulous M&A due diligence, assisting clients in the preparation of legal documents, and actively participating in negotiations for a diverse range of agreements.
